flesh and blood americans…

Flesh and blood Americans living on the land of the American
States are owed Common Law Courts under The Constitution
for the united States of America, Article VII. Only Common Law
is competent to decide issues involving living people and their
private property.
But, in 1938, the “United States Supreme Court” which is
“supreme” only over the federal corporation, not the People–decided
Thompkins v. Erie Railroad, and admitted that, “there is no General
Federal Common Law…
Our Common Law Courts today exist only on paper, purposefully left
unfunded and without paid staff. The American People have not had
access to the courts and law forms they are owed for decades. Our
“State Courthouses”
are filled with foreign courts operating
exclusively in international jurisdictions.
We’ve been kidnapped into these foreign jurisdictions and subjected
to statutory law-which, as the name implies, is law for entities
created by statutes. Like Testamentary Trusts: JOHN QUINCY ADAMS.

In other words, all the courts are #$%@. They only serve the cabal corporation. They use STATUTORY LAW because we have been considered FRANCHISES. Living men are supposed to have COMMON LAW courts. Bottom line.. it all has to GO!

the choice is yours – liberty or tyranny?

DO YOU CHOOSE LIBERTY OR TYRANNY? By Mark R. Levin
For most of us, there are few if any opportunities to demonstrate our devotion to this great nation. Those among us who join the military or law enforcement, and protect us from foes foreign and domestic, are small in number. Yet, we have the power to determine our own fate and the fate of our nation by the simple act of voting. And in a precious few days, we, the people, will decide for ourselves, our progeny, and for the rest of time, if America will remain a vibrant and free constitutional republic, the likes of which the world has never known, or whether America will become just another nation in decline, going the way of Athens and Rome but in a shorter time. This election will decide, WE will decide, if we wish to live in freedom or tyranny, in sunlight or darkness, in prosperity or poverty. The choice could not be starker. And the choice is ours.
We must ask ourselves: what will our children and grandchildren think of us, how will history judge us, what would our ancestors say of us, if we so casually, and without duress, turn aside mankind’s greatest achievement and vote for a thousand years of decline, gloom, and doom. Each successive generation must commit to ensuring that the next generation lives free. We must reflect on the selflessness with which Americans have sacrificed and died, on battlefields throughout the world and in our own Revolutionary and Civil wars, so that we might appreciate what we have inherited — a country in which we live and flourish in a civil and open society.
As I explained in “Liberty and Tyranny,” too often liberty’s permeance makes its manifestations elusive or invisible to those born into it. Even if liberty is acknowledged, it is often taken for granted and it permanence assumed. Under these conditions, the Statist’s agenda, that is, the Democrat Party’s diabolical plans, can be alluring. It is not recognized as an increasingly corrosive threat to liberty but rather coexisting with it. But all liberty-loving citizens should know better and be alarmed by the ascent of tyranny not only in the Democrat Party but throughout the culture. Nor should we be confused or taken by the various nomenclatures designed by the Democrat Party to deceive us into believing that their movement is some kind of “people’s” movement — such as “democratic socialism.” Like all such movements, they ultimately rely on the iron fist to control the people not serve them.
As I previously noted, the Democrat Party’s presidential nominee, Joe Biden, who has perfected the politics of deceit and manipulation, veils his pursuits in moral indignation, intoning in high dudgeon the injustices and inequities of liberty and life itself, for which only he and his party can provide justice and bring a righteous resolution. And when the resolution proves elusive, as it has during his 47-year political career, he demands ever more authority to wring out the imperfections in mankind’s existence. Hence, his 110-page Marxist manifesto. Unconstrained by constitutional prohibitions, what is left but Biden’s own moral compass, which has already led him astray. He is never circumspect about his own shortcomings. Failure is not a product of his beliefs but merely want of power and resources. Thus are born endless rationalizations for seizing ever more governmental authority. Consequently, the Democrat Party’s intention to destroy the Supreme Court by packing it with kindred ideologues; the expansion of the U.S. Senate to create a super-majority, one-party Democrat rule; the elimination of the filibuster rule to crush any opposition to the Democrat Party’s law-making agenda; and, the elimination of the electoral college, in order to prevent millions of Americans outside the big cities and most populated states, from participating in the electoral and governing system, thereby ensuring Democrat Party dominance for decades. In short, the fundamental transformation of America from a constitutional Republic to a Democrat Party leviathan.
We must never accede to the terms of our economic and political surrender and servitude. We must never abandon our children and grandchildren to a dark and bleak future. We must never accept a fate that is alien to the legacy we’ve inherited from our ancestors. We must never accept social engineering by politicians and bureaucrats who treat us like lab rats, rather than self-sufficient human-beings. For those who choose tyranny over liberty and vote for Joe Biden and the Democrat Party, they do not speak for the tens of millions of us who revere the principles undergirding our society and appreciate the fruits of our economic system. Nor do they get to dictate the terms of our existence, as they contort the Constitution and the law to accommodate their political ends. We must not be compliant to their demands and designs. WE MUST VOTE, VOTE FOR PRESIDENT TRUMP AND THE REPUBLICANS, AND RALLY OUR FAMILY, FRIENDS, CO-WORKERS, AND NEIGHBORS TO VOTE FOR PRESIDENT TRUMP AND THE REPUBLICANS! And we must, like our forefathers who founded this magnificent country, become active in our own survival!

Dentist warns harmful ‘mask mouth’ is impacting 50% of patients due to prolonged use of masks

As if the debate over face mask-wearing amid COVID-19 isn’t contentious enough in some quarters, a dental practice is warning that keeping your mouth covered all or most of the time could allegedly lead to harmful hygiene issues such as gum recession (i.e., periodontal disease) and bad breath.

A Manhattan dentist calls this potential side effect “mask mouth” as a play on “meth mouth” that colloquially refers to the decay of teeth and gums among drug addicts.

Explaining the phenomenon, the dentist, Dr. Rob Ramondi told the New York Post that “We’re seeing inflammation in people’s gums that have been healthy forever, and cavities in people who have never had them before. About 50% of our patients are being impacted by this, [so] we decided to name it ‘mask mouth’ — after ‘meth mouth.’”

Ramondi’s colleague Dr. Marc Sclafani, explained that “People tend to breathe through their mouth instead of through their nose while wearing a mask. The mouth breathing is causing the dry mouth, which leads to a decrease in saliva — and saliva is what fights the bacteria and cleanses your teeth…saliva is also what neutralizes acid in the mouth and helps prevent tooth decay and gum disease.”

Periodontal issues constitute a risk factor for serious cardiovascular disorders.

The dentists added that bad breath is already a sign of gum disease or an excess of tongue bacteria, although it is encouraging patients to schedule a cleaning.

Depending on where you live, however, public health authorities banned prophylaxis, the official term, for a period of months during the pandemic and may currently be imposing certain limitations and protocols on the procedure that makes it less thorough.

Possible home remedies to address mask mouth may include consuming more water, reducing caffeine intake, installing a humidifier, gargling with alcohol-free mouthwash, tongue scraping, and avoid cigarettes, they said.

Although government recommendations have appeared inconsistent since the outbreak, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention currently recommends facial coverings when social distancing is impractical.

Government edicts about mandatory or voluntary mask-wearing vary from state to state, and also vary in the private sector, which, in part, have led to some explosive mask-shaming incidents captured on cell phone video.

Mask wearing has nonetheless achieved wide-ranging acceptance. It obviously makes common sense for healthcare providers as well others who are first responders.

Being forced to wear one out in the fresh air is another matter.

If it turns out that gum recession is a potentially dangerous health outcome from prolonged face mask usage, that could escalate the allegations about an infringement on personal freedom to a whole new level.

In other words, it could become like pulling teeth to get some people to wear masks.

There appear to be some alternative views in the scientific community about the efficacy of masks. Writing in Technocracy News, retired neurosurgeon Russell Blaylock claims that based on the available literature, there is no connection between wearing a mask and protecting oneself from becoming infected with influenza. Masks by themselves could also create potential health risks, he additionally claimed.

Two Oxford epidemiologists claim that there is no solid evidence that mask-wearing makes a difference.

In the context of herd immunity, Sweden reportedly achieved a good outcome thus far without imposing a strict lockdown or implementing compulsory face mask-wearing.

a mathematician, a physicist, and an engineer

A mathematician, a physicist, and an engineer were in a hotel for a convention. Then, in the middle of the night for no apparent reason, a fire breaks out in the engineer’s wastebasket. The engineer rushes over to the bathroom, empties out the ice bucket, fills it with water and pours it into the trash can, dousing the fire. Satisfied that the problem was solved, the engineer goes back to sleep.
Shortly thereafter, a fire broke out in the physicist’s wastebasket. The physicist rushes to the bathroom, whips out his calculator, frantically does a few computations, pulls out a cup, fills it to a precisely measured level, and rushes back to the wastebasket, pouring the water onto the fire. As the last drop hits the flame, the fire goes out. Satisfied that the problem was solved, the physicist goes back to sleep.
Finally, a fire breaks out in the mathematician’s room. The mathematician rushes to the bathroom, sees the ice bucket, sees a cup, sees the water faucet. Satisfied that the problem could be solved, he goes back to sleep.
